My visitor immediately is Shirley Manson. Since 1994, she’s been the lead singer of the band Garbage, and she or he is a bona fide rock icon. The 2 of us labored collectively on a special podcast known as The Jump, which Shirley hosted and I helped produce. It was a dream of mine to get Shirley because the host of that podcast, partly as a result of, as you’re about to listen to, she has one of many best voices, and I might hearken to her speak about something.
