Black Sabbath — that includes all 4 unique members — reunited to play one last present on the “Again to the Starting” live performance on Saturday (July fifth) at Villa Park of their hometown of Birmingham, England. Their set closed out an all-day once-in-a-lifetime live performance occasion that includes a who’s who of rock and metallic luminaries.

Singer Ozzy Osbourne (who had simply played his final solo set minutes earlier), guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, and drummer Invoice Ward took the stage to a rousing ovation from the gang. The efficiency marked the band’s first since closing out their farewell tour in February 2017, and their first present with Ward in 20 years.

The heavy metallic godfathers kicked off the set with the anthemic “Battle Pigs,” and adopted with “Iron Man,” and “N.I.B.” The temporary four-song set closed with the long-lasting “Paranoid,” with Ozzy telling the gang, “I fucking love you,” as fireworks and confetti took over the night time sky.
