Upcoming superhero drama “Twelve” has launched new stills!
Impressed by the 12 zodiac animals of the East, “Twelve” tells the story of 12 angels dwelling within the human world in human type to guard the Korean Peninsula from evil spirits. Way back, the angels barely managed to seal the forces of evil within the gates of hell by way of their sacrifice, bringing peace. Nevertheless, with the evil spirits awakening, chaos returns.
The newly launched stills showcase eight angels, every with distinctive talents and personalities, their overseer Ma Rok (Sung Dong Il), and the highly effective villain Ogui (Park Hyung Sik), all radiating vitality and intense motion.
Within the images, the angels are surrounded by forces loyal to evil, hinting at a fierce confrontation and signaling the beginning of an intense battle. The heavy bare-fist motion of Tae San (Ma Dong Seok), the tiger angel who protects the world with absolute energy, demonstrates his influence and presence.
Reverse him is Park Hyung Sik, who awakens after hundreds of years and returns to the human world. After regaining his former energy, he’s launching a ruthless assault on the angels.
Including to the combo are Received Seung (Seo In Guk), who showcases modern parkour motion; Mir (Lee Joo Bin), who wields mysterious powers; and Do Ni (Go Kyu Pil), who demonstrates immense power.
They’re additionally joined by Gang Ji (Kang Mina) with a whip, Jwi Dol (Sung Yoo Bin) with throwing star darts, Mal Sook (Ahn Ji Hye) with a sword, and Bang Wool (Regina Lei) with a bow. The angels’ numerous weapons and talents vividly deliver the world of the movie to life.
“Twelve” will premiere on August 23.
