    Julian Lynch is leaving Real Estate. “I’m so grateful to have been in a position to spend many of the final decade creating, performing, and touring with my buddies within the band,” the singer and guitarist wrote on Instagram. He won’t be part of Actual Property on their upcoming “11 year and seven month anniversary tour” of their 2014 album Atlas.

    Lynch continued: “Subsequent week’s transient leg of touring with Tennis will maintain particular significance for me, since these can be my closing exhibits with the band earlier than I transfer onto different issues. Thanks to my bandmates for sharing these experiences with me. Thanks additionally to Actual Property’s welcoming followers and to all the form and gifted folks I’ve been in a position to meet or work with alongside the best way. Wanting ahead to seeing a few of you on the exhibits subsequent week :)”

    In 2016, Actual Property fired their founding guitarist, Matt Mondanile, attributable to allegations of sexual misconduct. Lynch was introduced on as his alternative and has since performed on In Mind, The Main Thing, and Daniel. He shared the solo album Rat’s Spit in 2019.
