Avant-garde doom collaborators Bell Witch and Aerial Smash will return this fall with Stygian Bough Vol. II, the long-awaited continuation of their acclaimed 2020 launch, Stygian Bough Vol. I. The mission unites Bell Witch‘s Dylan Desmond and Jesse Shreibman with Aerial Smash‘s Erik Moggridge, extending a partnership that has been evolving for fifteen years.

The announcement comes with a haunting teaser video, filmed and edited by Bobby Cochran, which presents the primary glimpse into the brand new chapter of Stygian Bough.

Commenting on the visible, Desmond defined: “Bobby Cochran expertly used Sergei Parajanov‘s The Shade of Pomegranates as a muse for this trailer that completely captures the dreamlike qualities of the music.”

Alongside the report, Bell Witch and Aerial Smash will be part of forces on a European tour in January and February 2026, with assist from 40 Watt Solar. On the tour, Desmond added: “We’re very excited to lastly carry out Stygian Bough Quantity II stay!”
