In a revealing dialog on The Garza Podcast, Chevelle‘s Pete and Sam Loeffler lastly lifted the lid on what actually occurred with their youthful brother Joe, who was unceremoniously fired from the band again in 2005 after a decade enjoying bass.
Speaking overtly in regards to the breakdown of that brotherly bond, frontman Pete Loeffler mirrored on the deep-rooted pressure that led to Joe‘s exit: “There’s a certain quantity of turmoil and a certain quantity of poking you are able to do at one another. I will take a practice there.’ So it was a battle each time we began a tour. However it was not sustainable. We began out as three brothers, however we could not do it for very lengthy.”
Sam agreed: “It was by no means going to work. And who he’s at this time, we do not know. We do not know.”
