Former Lostprophets singer Ian Watkins died Saturday after being attacked in jail by a fellow inmate.
Watkins was serving a 29-year sentence at HMP Wakefield in West Yorkshire, England, for a number of intercourse offenses and pedophilia crimes, together with partaking in intercourse with minors. He had been imprisoned since 2013.
In response to BBC News, Watkins was attacked with a knife, and pronounced lifeless on the scene.
Watkins was previously attacked whereas incarcerated in 2023, leading to life-threatening accidents.
