In a recent interview, Rick Beato known as Japanese jazz musician Hiromi “essentially the most electrifying pianist alive.”
Concerning the fusion of influences which may be heard in her music, Hiromi explains,
I don’t need to put a reputation on my music. Different individuals can put a reputation on what I do. It’s simply the union of what I’ve been listening to and what I’ve been studying. It has some parts of classical music, it has some rock, it has some jazz, however I don’t want to provide it a reputation.
