    Musicata chamber choir will current a program titled Music & Thriller on December 7. This system consists of quite a lot of seasonal works that span centuries of music.

    The Hamilton-based chamber choir was based in 1982 as The John Laing Singers, altering their title for the 2016/17 season. The choir has been led by Roger Bergs since 2011. Bergs, a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier College (BMus), The Juilliard College (MMus in composition), and the College of Toronto (DMA), has led the choir in adventurous instructions, together with a number of items that obtained their world premiere beneath his baton.

    Stephen Boda, organ

    Stephen Boda earned a Bachelor of Music diploma from the College of Toronto. He continued his research at Yale College, the place he earned a Grasp of Music diploma, and a diploma from the Yale Institute of Sacred Music, the place he studied organ and improvisation. He additionally obtained an Artist Diploma in organ from McGill College. Boda can also be an completed pianist.
