Again From Phoenix, Again At It – BionicOldGuy

I bought again from Phoenix Monday evening, nice journey. The warmth wasn’t so dangerous, we bought up daily at 5:30 and went for about an hour lengthy stroll or hike within the desert. The temp was low 90s at the moment, which is nice as a result of it was so dry.

With My Brother and Nephew Tom. Hmmm, the man on the left has a little bit of a paunch, have to work on that!

My spouse sadly caught Covid, presumably over the weekend as a result of I examined unfavourable. So now I’m in caregiving mode for some time so she will be able to relaxation up. I lower my experience brief yesterday however nonetheless bought some excessive depth in, “Tabata” intervals and on-bike power coaching. I felt nice afterwards. Posted on Strava right here.
