It has been a wild few weeks for Trivium. The band parted ways with longtime drummer Alex Bent and recruited current Sepultura drummer Greyson Nekrutman for his or her Aftershock competition efficiency.
Nonetheless! Nekrutman is busy with Sepultura, so Trivum has tapped Alex Rüdinger (ex-Whitechapel, and so on.) for each touring and writing functions. It isn’t clear if he is completely within the band, although Trivium does state that “we’re excited to share that we have reconnected with a drummer we have recognized for over a decade” and so they’re “thrilled to lastly share the stage with him and discover what’s forward.” So he is principally within the band, proper?
