Ariana Grande has cosigned a press release from Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, which argues that Donald Trump’s determination to bomb Iran over the weekend was grounds for impeachment. The pop singer reshared Ocasio-Cortez’s assertion to her Instagram Tales on Sunday.
The President’s disastrous determination to bomb Iran with out authorization is a grave violation of the Structure and Congressional Conflict Powers,” Ocasio-Cortez wrote. “He has impulsively risked launching a battle which will ensnare us for generations. It’s completely and clearly grounds for impeachment.”
Trump launched a bombing marketing campaign in opposition to Iran’s nuclear services on Saturday — with out the authorization of Congress. Whereas the president was fast to declare that the nation’s nuclear program had been “utterly and completely obliterated,” navy officers have since conceded that they don’t but know the destiny of Iran’s uranium stockpile.
