    Banff Bound: Vocalists Hillary Tufford, Maeve Palmer & Christian Matta Organize Benefit For Banff Workshop

    Mezzo-soprano Hillary Tufford, soprano Maeve Palmer, and tenor Christian Matta are wanting ahead to collaborating within the upcoming Interaction workshop at The Banff Centre for the Arts and Creativity.     The Artists

    Maeve Palmer, Soprano

    Coloratura soprano Maeve Palmer is an alumna of the Rebanks Household Fellowship and the College of Toronto (UofT) Opera Faculty. She earned a doctorate from the UofT, the place the subject of her analysis was Irish conventional singing. Maeve has carried out with Opera Atelier, Tapestry Opera, and Refrain Niagara, amongst different corporations. Faris Younger Artist Program at Vancouver Opera. Hillary starred as Carmen with Toronto Metropolis Opera and made her Soundstreams debut in Backyard of Vanished Pleasures.     Christian Matta, Tenor

    Helen Becqué, Piano

    Belgian pianist Helen Becqué gave her European début on the age of 9, and went on to check on the

She is a JUNO-nominated artist (2020) and has served as Music Director for OIC (Opera in Live performance) and SOLT (Summer time Opera Lyric Theatre). She serves as a lecturer on the College of Toronto, the place she accomplished her DMA.
