The Canadian Dental Hygienists Affiliation (CDHA) introduced in a press launch on Wednesday the set up of its new president, Alexandra Sheppard. The choice was made following its annual basic assembly on Saturday, Sep. 28.
Sheppard, who has constructed a 31-year profession in dental hygiene, has labored in non-public follow and post-secondary schooling. She at present holds the place of Medical Professor and Complete Care Director (Dental Hygiene) within the Mike Petryk College of Dentistry, School of Drugs & Dentistry, College of Alberta.
