    L7 to Celebrate 40th Anniversary With Los Angeles Concert Featuring Lunachicks and CSS

    Singer Donita Sparks and guitarist Suzi Gardner based L7 in 1985, and they’re going to have a good time the band’s fortieth anniversary with a particular live performance of their Los Angeles hometown. The present takes place on Friday, October 3, on the Belasco, and becoming a member of L7 on the invoice are co-headliners Lunachicks and CSS. Extra performers will likely be introduced quickly.

    L7 launched their self-titled debut in 1988. By 1990’s Scent the Magic, that they had established their basic lineup of Sparks, Gardner, bassist Jennifer Finch, and drummer Demetra Plakas. L7 disbanded in 2001, however they got back together within the mid-2010s and shared a reunion album, Scatter the Rats, in 2019.
