Eugene stars as Cha Soo Yeon, a kingmaker who’s about to turn into the primary woman when her husband Hyun Min Chul (Ji Hyun Woo), who has simply been elected president, turns her world the other way up by asking for a divorce.

    Spoilers

Within the earlier episode, Cha Soo Yeon set the stage for an all-out storm when she used Lee Hwa Jin’s (Han Su A) being pregnant to show her husband Hyun Min Chul’s alleged affair. In the meantime, Shin Hae Rin (Lee Min Younger) grew more and more tense after studying from Im Hyun Kyo (Joo Suk Tae)—whom Cha Soo Yeon had forged apart—that Hyun Min Chul had refused to push by a particular regulation proposal, leaving her feeling deeply betrayed.

Throughout their tense personal assembly, Shin Hae Rin’s simmering anger reaches its peak as she lashes out at Hyun Min Chul over the particular regulation, leaving him momentarily surprised by her fury.

Moments later, Shin Hae Rin storms out of his workplace and sweeps all the things off his desk in a match of rage, sending papers and objects crashing to the ground. Unable to comprise her feelings, she then drops a bombshell comment that threatens to shatter their relationship past restore, elevating questions on what lies forward for the once-united political companions.

The manufacturing group commented, “This episode captures the strain that comes from the fracture and collapse of what was as soon as a strong political partnership between Ji Hyun Woo and Lee Min Younger. Please keep tuned to Episode 8 to see how the shaken belief and energy battle between them unfold.”
