    Maynard James Keenan Goes Full Goth on New Puscifer Single “Pendulum”

    Simply 10 days after asserting their new album, Normal Isn’t, and releasing the primary single, “Self Evident,” Puscifer are providing a Halloween deal with with the disclosing of a second single, titled “Pendulum.”

    The haunting new monitor finds Maynard James Keenan and firm going full goth, with the tune sounding like a lovechild of Bauhaus and Sisters of Mercy. The sonic vibe falls in step with Keenan’s preliminary description of the album, the place he mentioned, “We’re positively leaning into our early influences. It’s the place the place goth meets punk. It’s the place I got here from.”

    A director’s reduce of the music video for “Pendulum” introduces followers to a brand new character within the Pusciverse, the very goth-y Bellendia Black, hilariously performed by Keenan. The clip begins out with Keenan, as himself, awkwardly interviewing Bellendia for almost three minutes earlier than introducing the tune.     Bandmate Mat Mitchell added, “That includes Fairlight and reverb soaked vocals, ‘Pendulum’ is a nod to the ‘80s darkish underground.”

    Regular Isn’t can be launched on February sixth, and Puscifer will help the album with a Spring 2026 North American tour kicking off March twentieth in Las Vegas (pick up tickets here).
