Industrial rock pioneers Nine Inch Nails will return this fall with TRON: Ares (Authentic Movement Image Soundtrack), out September 19 through Interscope Data. The album options all-original music created for Disney’s hotly anticipated third installment within the TRON franchise, marking the band’s first-ever movie rating below the 9 Inch Nails identify.
Whereas bandmates Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have scored greater than 20 movies collectively — together with The Social Community and Soul — TRON: Ares is being billed as a full-fledged 9 Inch Nails album, steeped within the band’s signature menace, melancholy, and momentum.
