    Patrick Walden, the previous lead guitarist within the British rock band Babyshambles, has died, based on a joint assertion his bandmates posted on social media. “It’s with deep remorse and disappointment that we share the information of Patrick Walden’s loss of life,” wrote Babyshambles members Pete Doherty, Mick Whitnall, Drew McConnell, and Adam Ficek. “We really feel very lucky to have identified/beloved and labored with him and we kindly ask for respect and privateness throughout these troublesome instances.” Walden was 46.

    Born on October 5, 1978 in London, England, Walden didn’t develop hooked up to music till later in his childhood; after receiving a Michael Jackson cassette from a classmate in center faculty, he studiously learn the library’s copies of The 100 Biggest Albums books and obsessed over Tv, Sonic Youth, and Nirvana. As soon as 18, Walden bought a job working at Camden Jazz Café the place he assisted jazz artists who headlined the venue, together with Herbie Hancock, Alice Coltrane, and Gil Scott Heron.
