Uhm Jung Hwa and Lee El are gearing up for a fierce showdown in “My Troublesome Star”!
“My Troublesome Star” is a romantic comedy about Korea’s greatest star Im Se Ra (Jang Da A), who mysteriously vanishes and wakes up someday as Bong Cheong Ja (Uhm Jung Hwa), an odd middle-aged girl. Song Seung Heon stars as Dokgo Chul, a former detective who helps Bong Cheong Ja as she struggles to navigate life after dropping 25 years within the blink of a watch.

Within the earlier episode, Bong Cheong Ja took her first daring step towards a comeback. However the highlight now shifts to her reunion with Go Hee Younger (Lee El)—and the dramatic reversal of their relationship. Again in 1999, Go Hee Younger, then a perennial supporting actress, as soon as pleaded with high star Im Se Ra for assistance on set. Now, in a coincidence, their roles are reversed.
Right this moment, Bong Cheong Ja is a struggling bit-part actress, whereas Go Hee Younger has risen to the highest. Go Hee Younger’s assured, virtually smug smile displays her sense of superiority of their new positions, whereas Bong Cheong Ja’s tense and resolute expression captures the burden of their sophisticated reunion.


In the meantime, Dokgo Chul sneaks onto the set as a supervisor, watching over Bong Cheong Ja and meticulously taking good care of her. However one other nonetheless exhibits Bong Cheong Ja cornered by a sea of reporters—hinting on the storm that’s about to upend all the things as soon as once more.
