I’m very excited to share my recipe with everybody.  For those who love Cinnamon Rolls you’ll love these pancakes.  Every Pancake is simply 80-120 energy , filled with protein and good complicated carbs.

Dietary Details (with out Icing)

*Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancake Recipe (makes 6-10)

*Energy per (70-100 cals), Protein per (10-16 grams), Carbs per (5-10 grams)

Cinnamon Roll Pancake Recipe

1 Cup Oatmeal

8 egg whites (1 cup)

Cinnamon (add the quantity you need)

Molly Mcbutter- Butter sprinkles (add the quantity you need)

Mix all substances in blender, let sit for a few min. whereas your skillet or pan heats up. Set warmth to low/medium.

3/4 cup skim milk or unsweet almond milk

Sugar free vanilla pudding
